35 Bryant Street NW

Historic Single-Family Rehabilitation

Bloomingdale, Washington, DC

Budget $1,600,000+
Architect: Rogue Architecture
Completion: Spring 2024

Originally built in 1909 this three-story townhome with full cellar located in the Bloomindale Neighborhood of NW DC is a superb example of how historic preservation and contemporary design should be done so that this property can live on for another 120 years.

Working with the developer and contractor, and with careful research into DCs zoning ordinance we were able to add value and additional square footage to this project allowing for the third floor addition and roof deck.

With 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths you couldn’t ask for a more amazing place to live in the heart of our nation’s capitol.
