131 Randolph Place NW

Historic Residential Remodel

Washington, DC

Budget $350,000+
Architect: Rogue Architecture
Developer: Dogwood Restoration
Completion: Spring 2024

Located within the Bloomingdale Neighborhood of The District of Columbia, this project was purchased by a local development team as an investment for sale. The property had a full basement and two floors above grade with entrances to the basement and main level from the street making this a very desirable home.

The exterior was restored and painted in a limited contemporary palette in keeping with the overall style of the surrounding properties while the interior was completely gutted and remodeled as a modern single family residence. All interior walls were removed and the interior totally reimagined for the 21st Century.

The home includes four bedrooms, three and one half bathrooms. The main level was left completely open to maximize the use of space and allow natural light to filter through from front to back. This home is truly unique in DC.
