The Pierce at Midtown

Encompassing one-half block along Pierce Street between B and C Streets near the intersection of Markham and University sits The Pierce at Midtown, a new modern townhome development for middle class families in the heart of Little Rock.

Creating a design at this size and scale for a neighborhood lot surrounded by residential homes is a challenge. The project includes 4 buildings totaling 14 townhomes with a central parking courtyard. All units face the street to preserve and protect the walkable feel to the area while keeping cars off the street.

But inside each unit is a comfortable expression of modern life. A mix of two and three bedroom units creates opportunity for middle class families and young professionals to live the modern urban lifestyle while still surrounded by lower density and less traffic.
