The Gaslight District is a condo development located in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC northeast of Dupont Circle. The area features prominent businesses, residences, embassies, and urban shopping.
This project consisted of a complete reimagining of an 1874 Victorian Rowhouse conversion to nine condo residences and an additional two units at the rear of the property in two carriage homes. The project features the finest bespoke finishes coupled with the historic bones and a coveted Logan location. Floor plans at Gaslight District feature one and two bedroom configurations with 763 - 1629 SF of living space and roof deck access.
Working closely with the developer we were able to save a significant piece of Victorian architectural history while bringing new modern luxury living to the Logan Circle neighborhood.
