The Pac10 Lofts brings new life to the city's historic industrial epicenter. This historic mill has been preserved into new 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments with a unique mix of tax credit, market rate and workforce apartments offering a broad range of prices and qualifying standards. Phase 1 of the project consisted of the complete renovation and adaptive reuse of floors one through six and the construction of 197 units as well as all amenity spaces and leasing offices. Amenities include ground level entry and mail center, a fitness and fun zone, leasing offices, entertainment room, and shared “living rooms” at the northeast end.
